Our Modus Operandi

While we work on a case-by-case basis and recognise that each Client brings its unique culture and objectives, we stand by our tried-and-true modus operandi:

Step 1. Research, research and more research

We believe that information is empowering and enriches our understanding. By thoroughly researching our Client’s objectives and its relevant issues, we are better able to recognise opportunities and anticipate challenges.

Step 2. Strategic planning

We keep our eye on the ball through brainstorming and maintaining foresight in our planning. At this stage, unique story angles are created, innovative ideas for events are summoned and the big picture becomes clearer.

Step 3. Implementation

This is the most exciting part where we put theory into practice. We pitch stories and secure placement in the media. We secure deals on our Client’s behalf and we take our challenges head-on with full force. Our Client’s key messages are delivered in each possible medium.

Step 4. Evaluation

Results keep us going and make it all worthwhile. Evaluation measures not only our success, but our Client’s as well. Not only does it keep us on our toes, but it keeps us enthusiastic for our next challenge.
