As Associate Director of RUSS Consulting, Regina works with the Managing Director to manage retainer Client accounts including MST AD SURIA, Istana Budaya and Fresenius Kabi. She is also responsible for strategy planning, media and stakeholder relations, new business development, pro bono projects, managing the junior team and creative networking.

Regina kick-started her PR and Communications career in the UK by coming in First Runners- up (Highly Commended) in PR Week UK’s James Maxwell Award 2004 when she impressed legendary PR guru, Lord Chadlington, founder of Shandwick, with her PR strategy for encouraging more British people to holiday in the UK.

Since then, she has worked on both agency and client-side for multinationals including Waggener Edstrom London, Weber Shandwick Worldwide and Pearson Education UK. Her experience spans industries as diverse as technology, property, publishing and lifestyle.

Previous clients include high profile corporate accounts such as the Pavilion development, I-Bhd, Microsoft and Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad. Her specialties and interests include Corporate Social Responsibility, New and Social Media, Writing, designing events and Current Affairs.

Regina has a First-Class BA (Hons) in English from Royal Holloway University of London. She is also a Rhodes Scholar with two post-graduate degrees from Oxford - An M.St in Women’s Studies and an M.St in Oriental Studies.
